Instant Vehicle Check provides digital vehicle inspection reports based on visible and accessible vehicle information. Hidden faults, future issues, or undetectable conditions may not be identified. Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee, certification, or warranty.
Accuracy
We make every effort to provide accurate and reliable reports; however, we do not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of the information. Use of our reports and services is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Payments and Refunds
- All payments must be made in full prior to the delivery of services.
- Reports are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of order. Delivery is deemed complete once the report has been sent from our system, regardless of whether the customer opens or downloads the file.
- Refunds are not available once a report has been delivered, except in cases of duplicate payments or verified technical errors on our part. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business day
Usage of Reports
Customers agree not to misuse, alter, copy, or resell any reports. Submitting false information, misrepresenting vehicle details, or using our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited
Limitation of Liability

Reports may rely on third-party data sources, and we are not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions contained therein.
